Gluten Free (and dairy free, to a great extent) is so mainstream now that it seems that you can find bread and baked goods at any store you visit, you will only need to visit your natural grocery (like Get Healthy) when you want something special.
More and more, though, we see families looking for soy and corn free foods, too. If you haven’t noticed, corn syrup and soy lecithin are injected into nearly every food that you buy at the big box stores, and even the majority of products at your natural grocer. (Even raw chicken has soy injected into it…but I don’t want to get into that rant right now!)
Whether it is children who are allergic, even anaphylactic to soy or corn, or adults trying to ease the sources of inflammation that causes autoimmune issues, we get more and more questions daily, but good products are very, very difficult to find, even with our established sources.
I spend most of my free time looking for hidden gems, new products that can bring some kind of normalcy to the tastes and textures of allergen friendly foods.
Most of you know that my grandchildren have life-threatening food allergies, so this is a topic that is very close to my heart.
I located one of those gems when I found 2Good2B.
According to their experts, the top three most inflammatory foods are Gluten, Corn and Soy.
I gathered the following information from their website:
At 2GOOD2B, our chefs created delicious recipes without Corn, Grains (except for brown rice), Soy-Protein, Preservatives, and of course Peanuts. We also have many dairy-free items.
